Randy Alan Weiss is the founding partner of the well-established and reputed boutique law firm, Weiss LLP. This firm has been in operation since 1981, including its various predecessors. He has acquired many years of experience handling asset preservation and asset forfeiture cases. Additionally, he has experience of more than 35 years in real estate, business law, asset protection, complex titles, and estate planning.

At Weiss LLP, most of the clients are large business organizations and development companies. Nationally-recognized real estate investment trusts, real estate developers, hotel franchisees, and entrepreneurs in hospitality businesses are some of their other customers. They have also served two foreign governments as local counsel, which mainly includes retailers, parking garage management companies, property management companies, multi-location chain of car washes, and foreign investors in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area.
