Randy Alan Weiss has Vast Experience in Commercial and Bank Lending, Representing Lenders and Borrowers

Randy Alan Weiss, the founding partner of Weiss LLP, has many years of experience in commercial and bank lending. He has practiced sophisticated, comprehensive banking and institutional leading. He has represented lenders and borrowers, along with guarantors, and many others. Randy serves as a regular outside council for a number of financial institutions and non-traditional lenders with operations. He reviews, corrects and augments loan administration files where the regulators condemn assets. 

Randy adds an imperative dimension to this practice because he has personally invested in banks and served on loan committees. He also has vast experience representing financial institutions in their:
